in the beginning...

so, i'm going to try this blogging thing. i've long admired those who keep them current but have not known what i would write each day for the world's eyes to see. but since we now have this little guy who seems to capture all of our attention and entertain us for hours i figure i can come up with something to write. one of my fears is that i'll bore you but i'm just going to rest assured that if you get bored you'll stop reading then i won't have to think about that.

ok, here i go, but before i start...i sure hope the lower case typing doesn't bother you. i am becoming quite adept at typing with one hand as the other one is generally busy caring for wade. so its either this or all caps, i figure this is less offensive.

here's a quick summary of the little booger: wade spends his days smiling, cooing, eating, pooping and sleeping. oh and his newest hobby is trying to get his fingers in his mouth. perhaps that will be my next video. he is working on 6 hrs. of sleep at night. now just so you know the authorities classify 6 hrs. as sleeping 'through the night'. not sure about that but whatever. he's up to about 5 hrs. 45 min. i'm really looking forward to the day he does 6 hrs. i'll keep you posted.

ok, well, biggest loser is on, wade is just about ready for bed and the kitchen sink full of dishes is calling my name.
